The Hypnobabies Self Study is a great alternative to an in person Hypnobabies Class

If the current schedule and/or locations for classes don’t work for you, private Hypnobabies Childbirth Classes are available for $850. For some, 21 hours and a 6 week commitment can be a challenge with busy lifestyles and hectic work schedules. While there are many wonderful benefits to finding a way to attend a group class with live instruction, the Hypnobabies Home Study is pretty awesome, and (lucky you!) I offer a Home Study Hybrid for $400.

Here’s what you can expect from your Home Study Hybrid experience

We will schedule a video chat weekly to go over each module and check in. After the 5 modules are completed, we will schedule an in home session where we will review all the hypnosis tools and cues, go over birth partner support and we’ll have a birth rehearsal. It’s a role play session that we’ll walk through the phases of birth with you and your partner and use the tools and techniques in action. Lots of great hands on tools and confidence boosting happens in this session!
