Hypnobabies® Home Study Advantage $100
A one time class for Hypnobabies Home Study students. This will help you gain confidence, practice your techniques with me, watch Hypnobabies videos and do a Hypnobabies Birth Rehearsal. This class will be an abbreviated version of Class 5 and 6 from the class version of Hypnobabies. This will allow you to learn much more about Transformation and the pushing stage of birth as well as putting all of your Hypnobabies cues, techniques and scripts to use with a Certified Hypnobabies Instructor as your guide. You can bring your birth partner and even your doula to this class and everyone can participate in the Birth Rehearsal to become familiar with how all of your Hypnobabies tools work together as you practice them in different positions and scenarios.
