These 3 hour Baby Basics classes are $75. A newborn class like this is designed to help the family feel more comfortable with the transformation into parenthood. Using a Web-Enhanced Parent Guide from InJoy, the most trusted name in Birth and Parenting Education, we will cover all aspects of Mom and New Baby Care.

Topics covered in our Baby Basics Classes include:

• Creating a Postpartum Care Plan
• Creating a Newborn Care Plan
• New Mother Care after Vaginal or Cesarean Birth
• Nutrition & Exercise
• Emotions, Baby Blues, etc…
• Infant Feeding Choices
• Breastfeeding (latch, position, common challenges)
• New Baby Care (jaundice, umbilical care, circumcision, diapering, crying, sleep, bathing)

You will leave feeling confident and prepared, armed with local resources for continued education and support.
